“Tom
appeared on the sidewalk with a bucket of whitewash and long-handled
brush. He surveyed the fence, and all gladness left him and
a deep melancholy settled down upon his spirit. Thirty yards
of board fence, nine feet high. Life to him seemed hollow,
and existence but a burden. Sighing, he dipped his brush

Mark Twain, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer
Let’s face it — traditional
wood fences are a chore to install and maintain. Planks have
to be replaced, boards re-nailed, and the whole darn thing
needs to be repainted every few years. And splintered wood
and rusty nails are a potential safety hazard to your family,
your pets, even the neighborhood children.
Fortunately, there’s a better alternative: vinyl
fencing and railing.
Durable, maintenance-free and cost-effective, vinyl fencing
offers all the benefits of wood fences without the drawbacks.
Available in a wide range of styles and sizes, it’s a
stylish, attractive and hassle-free solution for homes, farms
and ranches.
Better Fencing Through Science
Our fences are made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a very
common and highly versatile synthetic material. PVC appears
in thousands
of different products, including window frames, drainage
pipes, water service pipes, medical devices, blood storage
bags, cable
and wire insulation, resilient flooring, roofing membranes,
stationary, automotive interiors and seat coverings, fashion
and footwear, packaging, cling film, credit cards, synthetic
leather and other coated fabrics. Over 14 billion pounds
of PVC are currently produced per year in North America.
Approximately
75% of all PVC manufactured is used in construction materials.
PVC is both fire and water resistant (that’s one of the
reasons it’s used to make raincoats and shower curtains),
and very easy to work with. Our vinyl fences cut just like
wood — but last years longer and don’t split, crack,
rot or break. And they never need painting.
Guaranteed to Last
Obviously, there are a lot of PVC products out there, and
they’re
not all created equal. Key to the appearance and longevity
of vinyl fences are certain additives that help protect the
vinyl from the harmful effects of sunlight, that ensure the
color stays bright and fresh, that protect against impact
and weather.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of vinyl fencing manufacturers
that cut corners to maximize their profit — at your expense.
We don’t do business with companies that do business
like that.
Our suppliers, Royal
Crown Limited, maker of Triple Crown Fence, established
in 1952 and Bufftech,
established in 1979 are the two most respected fencing
manufacturers in the industry. These ISO certified manufacturers
have been producing quality vinyl products for over
two decades. All the vinyl prodcts we distribute are
backed by a manufacturers lifetime warranty.
Only the Best Ingredients
All of our vinyl fencing is manufactured using an additive
called TIO2, which gives them the best protection possible
against harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Without this
additive, which meets the industry standard of 10pph, the
vinyl would
become brittle and discolored over time.
We also offer only the very best, proven color additive
blends to ensure that your white, tan or gray fence stays
the same
color it was when you bought it — in fact, each rail
car shipped to us has to be certified to have met strict requirements
before we accept delivery. Cheaper products can’t (truthfully)
make the same claim, which is why they don’t last as
long and don’t look as good.
All of our fencing products are also extruded from the
very best virgin vinyl compounds available. Other manufacturers
too often use a quality surface coating over a base of inferior,
recycled vinyl scrap. As a result, the base may not be as
resistant to UV and environmental conditions, and the entire
structure
can weaken over time. Because our vinyl fencing is 100% extruded
from virgin vinyl, you can rest assured it’ll be worry-free.
Environmentally
Conscious
We’re concerned that our products be as environmentally
friendly as possible, so we actively try to reduce the amount
of scrap generated at our manufacturing facility. We also
practice a very aggressive regrind and reprocessing program.
