When we noticed that the custom double 8-foot Victorian gates using the stock components was not going to quite work properly, we received replacement parts to fix the design problem at no extra cost and very quickly. All the materials were very high quality, and the assembly and installation of both the Victorian and Four Rail fences went very smoothly.
